Robaws / robaws.com

Two and a half years of always-on outbound, and a compounding engine.

Robaws, a leading ERP for construction and installation businesses, has been a partner for over two and a half years. What started as a way to grow without overextending the sales team became an always-on engine: their full market mapped, qualified meetings booked every month, and their inbound handled too.

The Challenge

Inbound and word of mouth had hit a ceiling.

Robaws relied heavily on inbound and referrals, which were not enough to hit their growth targets. Low brand awareness in new regions and the operational strain of handling inbound follow-up, which took a full-time role, were holding them back. They needed proactive reach, less follow-up load, and faster awareness in new markets.

The Engine

A proven motion, running month after month.

We mapped Robaws' full market and built an always-on outbound engine on top of it. It consistently books 10 to 15 qualified outbound meetings a month, and adds around 100 outbound deals to the pipeline every year. On top of that, we took over their inbound, booking roughly 40 inbound meetings a month and freeing up their SDRs' time.

The engine compounds. Beyond meetings, it generates market feedback on which tools their prospects use, feeds their inbound, and gives them a repeatable, predictable motion they can build on. Since starting with us, Robaws has hired two additional full-time salespeople to keep up.

The Outcome

One of Europe's fastest-growing companies.

Robaws has been named to the Financial Times' list of Europe's fastest-growing companies two years running, and is consistently ranked among the fastest-growing companies in Belgium. Their growth is theirs, but the always-on outbound engine we build and run is part of what powers it.

OC stepped that up with AI-driven content so we can take a step back on the manual part. It had to outperform what we did with other partnerships, and at the moment that's really true.
