Team
The team behind the engine.
Most B2B companies do not have an outbound problem. They have a system problem.
They hire reps, buy tools, and hope volume turns into pipeline, then wonder why the results are unpredictable. Olivier started Outbound Catalyst on one idea: outbound should be engineered, not hoped for.
He learned it the hard way, solving his own bottlenecks as a salesperson and founder, where pipeline had to happen alongside running calls and closing deals, and prospecting buried him in admin: building lists, setting up sequences, chasing follow-ups.
Back in 2019 he started automating that work, outpaced his peers, and figured out what a scalable outbound engine actually looks like. Today that system is refined and proven across more than 25 fast-growing organizations.
So Outbound Catalyst builds and runs the actual engine behind a client's sales, signals in, booked meetings out, live in 15 days and scoped to each client's team and market. These days Olivier runs the company, and the team runs the engine.
