Case study · IT fulfillment and supply chain
DOTS / dotstech.com
Reaching the IT managers a growing team could not cover by hand.
DOTS automates global IT fulfillment: from an HR ticket to a laptop on the desk, in the right country, inside the SLA. To grow, they needed to land in front of more buyers, in more markets. So we built the outbound engine to do it.

The Client
A deep problem most companies would rather not touch.
DOTS automates IT fulfillment and supply chain for fast growing companies. When a new hire lands, DOTS makes sure the laptop, the peripherals, and everything else arrive on time, in the right country, inside the SLA. Buy, ship, deliver, stock, tracked end to end.
Their buyers are startups in growth mode hiring across borders, and teams working against tight onboarding SLAs. Five days from an HR notification to a fully equipped employee is common, and the laptop is only the baseline. It is the kind of unglamorous, breakable problem most teams avoid. DOTS built its product to own it.
The Challenge
A sharp sales team, capped by reach.
DOTS was scaling. Its sales team was focused on what it does best: running tight demos and proving the product solves a real problem, not just a nice story. What they lacked was a multiplier. To keep growing, they needed to proactively reach IT managers in more geographies than the team could ever cover manually.
They had tried outbound before, with another vendor. Promises went unmet. It cost time and money. A year later, evaluating suppliers again, DOTS narrowed the field to two: a large, well known player, and Outbound Catalyst.
It is not only results oriented. It is about the things that happen along the way. Sometimes stuff breaks, sometimes things need to be discussed, and if you do not have the right pathway to do that, it just does not work. I found that in you guys.Avihai Hershkovitz, DOTS
The Approach
Live in two weeks, run like an internal team.
DOTS came in prepared, with a defined ICP and personas they work on every day. We stood up the full outbound infrastructure in two weeks, then went live: multi-channel campaigns reaching IT managers by email, LinkedIn, and phone, across Europe and the US.
The model is done for you. A dedicated operator runs the day to day inside the DOTS world: their product, their buyers, their language, the specific people they work with. Not a detached agency shipping reports, an integrated extension of the team. KPIs were tight and demanding from day one. We hit them anyway.
Two weeks to create the infrastructure so we could actually start moving and testing. I know it usually takes more time than that. The results are very well done.Avihai Hershkovitz, DOTS
