Outbound Catalyst (OC) provides strategic and operational bandwidth for GTM teams at B2B software companies. Our motto is to do cool things with cool people at cool companies, with a focus on getting things done as fast and efficient as possible. We are absolute sales automation wizards who believe that only added value tasks should be done by humans, and the groundwork can be 90% automated.
OC is a brand which embodies our 6+ years of experience.
Olivier has been building and executing commercial strategies at early stage companies, by applying premature scaling concepts. Not only did he find a way to self sustain pipeline at all times as an AE and later head of sales, he also managed to implement this for other companies successfully without having to be involved in the sales process. Doing so, allowed these startups to find PMF faster, and have higher chances to become successful or succeed in the long term.
Louis has ran through all the stages of the commercial organization, from inbound sales rep to a salesleader with a team of 12 sales reps. He has a strong interest in all things demand generation and has seen first hand how the growth at all cost model can ruin a company. Louis believes in kpi alignment in the revenue organization, so no more marketing and sales silo’s please!
This is why Outbound Catalyst was founded, because of our believe that more startups can succeed. Our mission is to decrease the 97% startup failure rate.
Outbound Catalyst is based in Portugal and Ghent, Belgium. Since we are working remotely, we operate across the globe without restrictions.
